• Low winter ambient temperature,
• BOD/TSS/TN 10/10/15 mg/l,
• Concrete sludge blanket filter clarifier construction
Completed and started up in 2018 the Chengde wastewater treatment plant serves a district of Chengde, city situated northeast of Beijing, and the site of Mountain Resort, a vast imperial garden and palace, formerly used by the Qing emperors as summer residence.
ECOfluid’s scope of work included design and engineering of the biological treatment component of the plant, the bioreactors. The plant incorporates an all-concrete design and construction of the USBF clarifier, ensuring the facility’s long life expectancy.
